Bengaluru, Karnataka: At the Global Yoga Summit 2025 (4th Edition) – Food & Health Expo | Yogic Bliss Experience, Padmashri Sadguru Brahmeshanandacharya Swamiji was specially invited to deliver a keynote address.

Swamiji emphasized that yoga is the supreme knowledge imparting Brahmavidya. He noted that yoga is mentioned in the Bhagavad Gita and is revered worldwide. Wherever yoga is practiced, it is honored and respected. Quoting the teachings of the ancient sages, Swamiji said that one must have faith in the existence of God, and on the basis of that faith, practice meditation. He stressed the importance of cultivating positivity in life, explaining that mental stress is relieved only when the soul is contemplated upon. “To accept that I am the soul is to remain truly healthy — this is the essence of spirituality,” Swamiji said.

Swamiji further urged that everyone should honor one another, adopt yoga, and remain positive. Yoga, he explained, connects people and strengthens unity. Through yoga, India’s global reputation can be elevated, and the world must recognize India as the land of yoga. He made a heartfelt appeal for nurturing Indian youth as yoga educators, so that they can carry forward this tradition.

During the summit, Swamiji’s dedicated vision of transforming Goa into a true Yoga Bhumi was highly appreciated. In recognition of his leadership, Swamiji was specially honored at the Global Yoga Summit 2026.
