Youth Must Lead for the Nation’s Progress: Brahmeshanandacharya Swamiji
At the Vishal Sant Sabha organized at Chiddhyanam Ashram, Mira Road, under the leadership of Anantashri Vibhushit Mahamandaleshwar Swami Shri Chidambaranand Saraswati Maharajshri, Padmashri Sadguru Brahmeshanandacharya Swamiji, Peethadheeshwar of Shri Datta Padmanabh Peeth, delivered a powerful address highlighting the role of youth in shaping the future of the nation.
Swamiji explained the profound concept of the Guru in Sanatan Dharma. He noted that a Guru does not merely train disciples — the Guru himself shapes them. Approaching the Guru means embracing Gurutva, the essence of spiritual gravity and wisdom.
He urged that one must live the dharma into which one is born, and emphasized that the strength of a nation depends on the active contribution of its youth. Swamiji further elaborated that schools may not impart the values of Sanatan Dharma; instead, they are nurtured within the home. The daily lifestyle of a family determines whether saints will emerge from it. Discipline, values, and a relationship with God are all cultivated in the household. “Family routines must remain pure and sacred. For the progress of the nation, youth must step forward,” Swamiji said.
Mahamandaleshwar Swami Shri Chidambaranand Saraswati Maharajshri expressed heartfelt admiration for Swamiji’s work in Goa “I was deeply delighted to witness the divine atmosphere, values, and dedication to Vedic culture at Swamiji’s ashram.
