Aponarayan Samudradev contains all the shrines, he takes care of all of us, so holy rivers like Ganga, Yamuna come and merge in the sea itself. The sea is a great shrine. We Hindus should do samudra aarti, bhajan, prayer, yoga sadhana together on this beach.” Shree Datta Padmanabha Peeth, Peethadhishwar Padma Shri Sadguru Brahmeshanandacharya Swamiji addressed this.
Under the ongoing Goa Spiritual Festival organized jointly by Satguru Foundation and Shree Datta Padmanabh Peeth On 18th March, the Goa Spiritual Festival – Samudramanthan program was inaugurated with the auspicious hands of Pujya Swamiji and Saints. The Samudra manthan program was started by hoisting the conch shell and the saffron flag. Renowned Kathakar Param Vidushi Geeta didi narrated Samudra Manthan story to everyone with her extraordinary style. After that everyone got to listen to Dhuparati, likewise the spiritual guidance of the saints – Mahants. Sadguru Brahmeshanandacharya Swamiji was felicitated by all the revered Saints and Mahants for successfully organizing the historic Goa Spiritual Festival for the first time in Goa.
