Tapobhoomi Mahila Purohit will present the true portrayal of “Nari shakti”

On 30^th of November 2023 over thousands of women will participate in the Nari Shakti Samellanam, at Shree Kshetra Tapobhoomi Gurupeeth, Ponda Goa. This will be a truly enchanting moment to witness these women chant the mantras together and perform this ritual. Padma Shri Awardee H.H. Sadguru Brahmeshanandacharya Swamiji the Pithadhishwar of Shree Datta Padmanabh Peeth working tirelessly in the field of spirituality and world Peace presented the concept of “Mahila purohit”. Through this concept Tapobhoomi Gurupeeth taught over thousands of women to perform pooja and entitled them as Mahila Purohit. Pujya Swamiji believes that the true meaning of Nari Shakti is a spiritually empowered women having knowledge and deep understanding about dharma and a woman who can present and preach dharma to the posterity. A woman has the shakti the strength to mold the society with the help of spirituality and dharma and she should be enlightened by this strength present within her and work towards the wellbeing of the society.

The Mahila Purohit of Shri Datta Padmanabh Peeth is an example of Nari Shakti as the name itself tells us that these women serve for the “Purna heet” which is the complete wellbeing of the society.
