VHP International President Adv. Alok Kumar Receives Blessings of Sadguru Brahmeshanand Acharya Swamiji

“For our Hindu Dharma to be understood well by future generations, parents must begin narrating stories of sages, saints, and heroic figures to their children from a young age. Hindu society believes that the Divine resides in all creation, and therefore everyone has the right to learn the Vedas. We are working towards building a harmonious, educated, prosperous society where all have employment and live according to Dharma. When in such a Bharat we all live a dharmic life, we can tell the world: if you seek happiness and peace, learn it from India.”

This was the message delivered by Adv. Alok Kumar, International President of the Vishva Hindu Parishad (VHP) and Senior Advocate of the Supreme Court of India, during his visit to Shri Kshetra Tapobhoomi Gurupith, the sacred Hindu Dharma Peeth of Gomantak. He met Padmashri Sadguru Brahmeshanand Acharya Swamiji, Peethadheeshwar of Shri Datta Padmanabh Peeth, received blessings, and engaged in discussions on public welfare and national upliftment.

Alok Kumar further said: “I came to Tapobhoomi Gurupith today to seek the darshan and guidance of Sadguru Brahmeshanand Acharya Swamiji and to discuss issues currently facing society. Swamiji is a member of the Central Advisory Board of the VHP and provides guidance in Sant Sammelans and Hindu Dharma Acharya Sabhas. His revolutionary work at both national and international levels, through Dev, Desh, and Dharma, is proving vital for the welfare of society.”\

In his address, Sadguru Brahmeshanand Acharya Swamiji emphasized: “Hindus have never waged war or attempted to convert people of other faiths into our Dharma. Our sages and saints have taught us that even if one must embrace death, it should be within one’s own Dharma, never by abandoning it. Today, there is a need to awaken people. Ramayana, Mahabharata, the thoughts of saints, and abhangas must be discussed in our homes. When the Ram Mandir movement began in Goa, true Hindu unity was awakened. Rashtrasant Brahmanand Swamiji made efforts through various means to bind Hindu society together. Foreign forces tried to destroy our culture and Dharma, but as our sages taught, we must re‑establish the glory of our culture within our homes.”

The event was attended by Goa Prant Pramukh Mohan Amshekar, central office bearers of Shri Datta Padmanabh Peeth, Krupakankshi disciples, and representatives of various organizations. The program was compered by Vedamurti Dyaneshwar Patil.
