Sadguru Brahmeshanand Acharya Swamiji’s message on ‘International Day of Yoga’

Today is the International Day of Yoga. “Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam” is our culture. Seeing the entire world as one family, recognizing the divine in everyone, and serving humanity is the purpose of life. Therefore, the concept of “Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam” in Sanatana Dharma encourages us all to progress. Yoga, which has been passed down to us by ancient Indian sages, is celebrated worldwide on this Yoga Day, which has been acknowledged by many countries. Yoga serves the society as the only science that connects. It was developed from the Sanatana Vedic Hindu tradition. Our Sanatana Vedic Hindu culture considers the well-being of all humanity, regardless of race, religion, or sect. Therefore, it is necessary for the world to accept this Sanatana Vedic Hindu religion and culture today because it does not harm anyone. Our Sanatana culture speaks about spiritual matters and is applicable to the self. If its teachings and principles are spread worldwide, then it will be a solution for the people who are suffering from health problems. As such Yoga is not exclusive to any particular religion, but yoga is for the entire world mankind. Therefore, practice yoga every day to live a healthy life. Wishing everyone a Happy World Yoga Day and blessings for divine life.
