“India Will Become Vishwaguru Through Culture and Values”: Sadguru Brahmeshanand Swamiji
On the auspicious occasion of Ashadhi Ekadashi, a devout atmosphere enveloped Shrikhetra Tapobhoomi, Kundai, featuring the worship of Vitthal-Rakhumai, Harinam Sankirtan, and glimpses of the Warkari tradition. Students from Sadguru Dnyanpeeth, International Sadguru Gurukulam, and Vedic Gurukul immersed the audience in devotion through their presentations based on the saint tradition.
Addressing the gathering, Padma Shri Awardee Pujya Sadguru Brahmeshanand Acharya Swamiji said:
“‘Ram Krishna Hari’ is the invaluable heritage of our saint tradition. Life gains true meaning because Lord Vitthal resides in everyone’s heart. Devotion, service, and chanting the name of Lord Vitthal is the real observance of Ekadashi.”
He recalled the teachings of devotion, equality, and moral values imparted by saints such as Sant Dnyaneshwar, Sant Namdev, Sant Janabai, Sant Eknath, Sant Tukaram, and Muktai, describing the Warkari sect as the living tradition of Indian culture.
He emphasized that alongside quality education, preserving Indian culture, spirituality, and moral values is everyone’s responsibility. Hinduism respects all, takes everyone along, and protects diverse cultures. If the spirit of unity, love, and mutual respect is strengthened in society, the nation will become even stronger.
“If we remain steadfast on the path of religion, culture, and values, India will once again emerge as a Vishwaguru (world leader),” remarked Padma Shri Awardee Sadguru Brahmeshanand Acharya Swamiji.
A large number of devotees, parents, teachers, and students attended the event. The entire premises resonated with the continuous chanting of “Ram Krishna Hari” and “Vitthal… Vitthal… Jai Hari Vitthal…”
This Ashadhi Ekadashi festival, conveying a message of devotion, values, and national integration, proved to be an inspiration for all devotees.
