Chief Minister celebrates “Shri Guru Pournima” at Tapobhoomi
Sadguru Brahmashanandacharya Swamiji has created devotees not only in Goa and India but also all over the world. Those who received his teachings as a Sadguru, experienced a radical change in their lives, they found a way to live their lives. Along with education, this Gurupeeth is providing knowledge of our culture. Earlier, the knowledge of religious practices was given to a specific community, but today Sadguru Brahmashanandacharya Swamiji has conveyed this knowledge to the common people. Similarly, just as Ganga Aarti is done in Haridwar, Uttar Pradesh, Pujya Swamiji has shown through the Goa Spiritual Festival that Samudra Aarti can be done in Goa. The present government will continue to make efforts to spread the knowledge of Goa as a land of Tapobhoomi, a spiritual and cultural land. Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant expressed that we should always receive the blessings and guidance of Pujya Swamiji.
On the occasion of Shri Guru Poornima festival, Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant received the blessings of Shri Datta Padmanabh Peeth, Peethadheeshwar Adhyatma Shiromani Padmashri Vibhushit Sadguru Brahmashanandacharya Swamiji at Shri Kshetra Tapobhoomi Gurupeeth. He was talking to the media on this occasion.
Today, Pramod Sawant is seen taking a step forward for Sanatan Dharma, Hinduism and working for the society. Since Dr. Pramod Sawant became the Chief Minister, the fame of this Goa land has been increasing. Here, our gods and goddesses Mangesh, Ramnath or Saptakoteshwar are being discussed at the national level and under his leadership, the true identity of our Goa is gaining fame everywhere through spiritual Goa. Prime Minister Narendra Modi firmly held on to some of the principles of this land of India, Indianness, Sanatanism, and he came to power in the country.
Today, for several years, he has been waving the identity of India all over the world. The reason is that this motherland blesses them, they worked by keeping the culture of their motherland in their hands. The Goa government is doing the same work as Dr. Pramod Sawant, connecting people to this soil and uniting them with this soil. In the future, arrangements should be made to ensure that the form of ‘One India, One Goa’ reaches everywhere. Guru means the best and it is very important to do penance to attain that best. This land is a land of penance. Where there is penance, the Guru gives blessings. Guru is the giver. Therefore, Dattaguru, Datta means the giver. The giver is the same Guru and therefore one should be worthy of the blessings of such Gurus, who are capable of giving. Be worthy of their blessings. Pujya Swamiji bestowed blessings on Chief Minister Dr. Sawant for the success of the concept of a developed Goa through the three principles of God, Country and Religion. On the occasion of Shri Guru Poornima, disciples and followers from various states including Goa and from the country and abroad were present to have darshan of Pujya Swamiji.
